Step 1 ~ Cleaning

The first step is the cleaning process.  In order to effectively remove all the dirt, discoloration and mildew a power washing machine with a variable operating capacity of up to 3,000 pounds per square inch is used.

Step 2 ~ Sealing

Step two involves sealing the wood.  The sealer restores the rich, natural beauty of the wood.  It deeply penetrates to provide protection from the damaging affects of the sun and moisture, and helps prevent mildew from reoccurring.  The sealer is applied 1 or 2 days after the deck is cleaned.  Precautions are taken to avoid haming any plants or shrubs.
